Alicia Cielle LLC is an herbal astrology business that is run and owned by Alicia Cielle Heiser. I deeply value your privacy and will never sell your personal information. In some cases, I may use client chart examples for teaching purposes if you have given me explicit consent to share your birth chart. Mailing List
If you have subscribed to my newsletter or if you are a member of my website (you can log in) or if you have made a purchase on my website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from me.
I strive to share content that is informative, relevant and useful to my subscribers. I promise to never spam you. You can expect to receive about 2-4 emails per month from me with updates about the astro weather, herbal tips and announcements about my offerings.
I will only send you emails which you have signed up to receive or which pertain to the services I provided to you.
To send you emails, I use the name and email address you provide to me. My site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service to prevent abuse of the system.
This website can send emails through the MailPoet Sending Service. This service allows me to track opens and clicks on our emails. I use this information to improve the content of my newsletters.
No identifiable information is otherwise tracked outside this website except for the email address.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, I may collect the data shown in the comments form. I may also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on my site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit my login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long this site retains your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so the site can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
The personal information that is provided by users who register on my website is stored in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data this site holds about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
